Is it possible to negotiate the price?

Unfortunately, the price is the same for everyone.
No discount is available.

How is it different from other Japan snack boxes?

JIS only delivers the main products of carefully selected leading confectionery companies. Only best-selling and delicious snacks are delivered.

Can I cancel it? Can I get a refund?

For subscription contracts, cancellation notice is required at least 72 hours prior to the estimated shipping date.
If you cancel in the middle of your subscription, you will be penalized with the same amount as one order.

Can I transfer my subscription contract to another person?

Applicant’s rights cannot be transferred to another person.

Please tell me about the display of the expiration date.

The expiration date is displayed on almost all products.
However, the display method differs depending on the company. For example, it may be displayed as yy / mm / dd or dd / mm / yy.
All snacks delivered by JIS have a sufficient expiration date.

Can I choose the snacks?

Unfortunately, the customer cannot choose the product to be packed.

What about re-contract (extension)?

If you have a subscription contract, we will inform you of the extension of the contract.

I want a snack with the same content as last time, is it possible?

We pack different snacks every month, so unfortunately we can’t meet your request.

How long does it take in hands?

It takes about ten to fourteen days depending on the mailing situation. After shipping, we will inform you how to track the package information.
